"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the site straightforward to get around, which I appreciated. The checkout did feel a little slow to me, but aside from that, the whole experience was simple enough

"Good updates after I ordered"
I placed my order on cooksjunction.com and got a confirmation quickly. They also sent a shipping update later. I had one small question. They replied the next day. Not super fast, but the answer was clear. Overall, communication was good. I just wish the tracking info came a little sooner.

"Order was pretty much right"
I got what I ordered, for the most part, actually, everything was right except one small item that was packed differently than expected. Not a big deal though, it was still okay

"Good kitchen tools, delivery could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a few kitchen tools from Cooks Junction after going through the product details, and for the most part, everything showed up pretty much as described. The pan and the smaller utensils were the main things I wanted, and they matched what I expected.
The quality seems good for the price, and the packaging was totally fine. I’ve already used the items a handful of times and haven’t had any problems. I did feel a little pressured to decide quickly because I needed them for some cooking I had planned, so I was hoping everything would arrive on time.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t very clear. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but it did make me check for updates more than I wanted to. Overall though, I’m still happy with the order.

"Usually Has What I’m Looking For"
I’ve ordered from cooksjunction.com a couple of times now, mostly when I was hunting for kitchen stuff that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. From what I could tell, most of the items I checked were actually available, which saved me a decent amount of time.

The only thing I’m a little unsure about is how long some items stay in stock, since I noticed a few showing low stock and then disappearing quickly. So I’d say if you see something you want, it’s probably better to grab it sooner rather than later. Overall though, my experience was good, and I’d likely use them again.

I returned the item and thought the refund would come through a bit faster. The return itself was fine, but the wait afterward dragged on longer than I expected—especially since I kept checking my account for the update.

I was trying to place an order, but the checkout process was more frustrating than it needed to be. My cart was slow to update, and the payment page froze once, so I had to back out and start over. I’m already cautious when entering payment details online, so that didn’t make me feel great. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process, which was annoying. I did end up finishing the order, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience

I felt comfortable checking out. The card page loaded without any issues, and I got my payment confirmation quickly, which made the whole thing feel trustworthy. I also appreciated that they didn’t ask for any strange extra information. Based on this experience, I’d use it again.

"I bought a pan from Cooks' Junction..."
I bought a pan from Cooks' Junction it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box. After only a few uses, the coating started scratching even though I was using soft utensils, so I don’t know how many times I’m supposed to explain that it wasn’t from rough use. The handle also started getting a little loose, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected much better quality. I wouldn’t buy from them again...

"No replies for days"
I tried getting in touch with Cooks Junction about my order because I hadn’t gotten any shipping update at all. Sent two emails and even used the contact form on their site, but yeah... nothing back for days.
When they finally did reply, it was just this super short message that didn’t really answer anything. I had to keep chasing them for basic info. Poor customer service tbh, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not a whole lot there"
I stopped in looking for a few kitchen things, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. A lot of stuff seemed to be missing, or maybe they just don’t carry much, I’m not sure. The options were limited, so yeah... kind of disappointing.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
The box came all smashed up, and the packaging was just awful. Like, really awful. It didn’t feel protected at all, and the whole thing looked like it had been tossed around. The packaging was bad, the box was damaged, and it was just disappointing to open it up that way

"Wow, What a “Deal”"
I tried using a promo code on Cooks' Junction, and let’s just say it didn’t exactly change my life. It barely took anything off at checkout, which was super impressive in the most underwhelming way possible. A few items were supposedly discounted, but they looked like the same price I’d seen before. The site itself isn’t terrible, but the deals felt a bit misleading. Always fun when a promo code makes you feel like you saved absolutely nothing.

I don’t know, the whole thing just feels kind of sketchy to me. Some parts seem off, and it’s a little ridiculous that a site would give off this many red flags. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it.

I ordered from cooksjunction.com and, wow, the delivery situation was not exactly the “reliable shipping squad” they made it sound like. It took longer than they said, and the tracking was basically Captain Useless just sitting there barely updating. I ended up waiting around with no real idea when the package was actually going to show up. The items were fine once they finally arrived, but the whole delivery part was annoying.

"Helpful support, and I think most customers would appreciate it"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support. They got back to me fairly quickly and were polite the whole time. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but they did take care of it in a professional way. As a customer, that matters, and I think other customers would feel the same if they ran into a similar issue.

"Still Waiting for a Basic Fix"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but all I kept getting was that they’d “look into it.” Days passed with no real update and nothing actually fixed. I don’t think it’s asking too much to expect a clear answer or some kind of follow-up when something goes wrong. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to be treated fairly
